Painting provides me with an outlet to process both the profound and mundane moments in my life whether I'm consciously aware of it or not. Everything, whether its floating on the surface or repressed come out in a painting. Its all there and through this process, it brings peace.

Lovely words from past clients

“Inge was lovely to work with for the piece I commissioned her for. I wanted a piece much larger then her previous work and she happily discussed the dimensions with me more than once when I was unsure. The piece was gorgeous when complete and exactly as I had envisioned. The frame complements it perfectly and her gorgeous art takes pride of place where I can see it coming up the stair and from the kitchen table. Already eyeing up another piece”

“I always feel so happy to have one of your pieces in my home. Beautiful beautiful work”

“Inge’s paintings are playful, fun and layered. I can look at them again and again and see new detail. I feel privileged to have three little pockets of joy in my home courtesy of Inge”

I try hard to remember the shapes and the moments of the trees but I'm aware that its all morphing and changing in my memory and I realise what I'm trying to create is all part of a slowly changing abstract landscape in my mind
